128-bit Encryption

Our SSL certificate, verified by the padlock next to Quicket's URL, ensures that all data transmitted between you and our servers is encrypted with a 128-bit encryption key.

Payment data

Quicket does not store any card details on our servers. All card details are passed through a secure, encrypted connection to our payment gateway Peach Payments. Peach Payments is PCI Level 1 compliant, meaning they have the highest level of security available for protecting card data.

Managed servers

Our servers are managed by Microsoft through their Azure websites platform. This platform has enterprise-grade security to prevent malicious software being uploaded.

Unique barcodes

Every ticket generated on Quicket has its own unique barcode and ticket number, associated to only one event. This ensures no illegitimate tickets can be used at the door.

Our Android and iOS scanning apps were built to ensure only legitimate tickets can be used to gain access to your event.
